We have one immediate vacancy for the following position:

Accounts Assistant
MYR 1300 - 2000
(Selangor - Bukit Raja, Klang)

Responsibilities:

- Timely month end closing: accurate date entry into accounting system, generates reports, bank and other accounts reconciliation, closing in accounting system, etc.
- Assist to prepare schedules for year end audit and annual tax returns.
- Prepare letters and documents for banking transactions.
- Payments processing.
- Site petty cash clearance and requisition.
- Processing payments of wages, OT and allowance for few site employees.
- Proper filling of documents.
- Other ad-hoc task assigned.

Requirements:

- Candidate must possess at least SPM, LCCI diploma or equivalent.
- Required language(s): English
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Bukit Raja, Klang.
- Computer literate with basic Microsoft Office application and accounting system.
- Committed to complete task within deadline and proactive in problem solving.

About the job:

- Salary package commensurate with working experience and qualification.
- Performance based annual bonus and other employees’ benefits.
- Working on alternate Saturday.
- Full-Time position.
