Financial Controller
(Negeri Sembilan - Seremban)

Responsibilities:

- Overall management, operations and control of the accounting processes and functions of the Hotel.
- Lead the Accounting team to manage the day-to-day operations.
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of financial reports and other returns in compliance with accounting standards and other corporate / statutory regulations
- Preparation of financial budgets, forecast and monitoring on the business well being of the Hotel.
- Review operational and financial results of the Hotel.
- Liaise with tax agents, auditors, bankers and regulatory authorities.
- Regular review and update of internal controls.
- Supervise, guide and train the Accounting team.
- A financial advisory role to the General Manager and the Management of the Hotel.

Requirements:

- Degree in Accounting / Finance or Professional Qualification from a recognised Accountancy body.
- Possess minimum 3 – 4 years working experience in a reputable 4 or 5 star resort / hotel.
- Results-oriented, meticulous and strong capability to set high performance standards and meet objective.
- Analytical with excellent interpersonal, communication and leadership skills.
- High level of accuracy, commitment, dedication and able to work independently.
