ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE

Job Functions & Responsibilities

- Prepare monthly report on
o Profit & Loss (P&L)
o Balance Sheet
o Debtor / Creditor Aging
o Project Costing

- Prepare yearly budget.
- Finalize account yearly.
- Responsible of banking matters including preparing of bank reconciliations.
- Responsible for debtors collection.
- Responsible for handling company cash flow.
- Assist in financial transactions, statutory reporting, general administrative duties and daily operations.

Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least LCCI Higher or Diploma in Accountancy or its equivalent.
- Those without the required qualification but with extensive years of experience will be considered.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Able to handle full set of accounts.
- Required skill(s): PC literate, Excel, Computerised Accounting System.
