Accounts Assistant
(Kuala Lumpur – Jalan Sungai Besi)
Responsibilities:
* Responsible for timely closing of monthly accounts.
* To assist in preparation of full sets of accounts.
* To ensure the accounts payable, bank reconciliation, daily sales are performed in an effective and efficient manner.
* Assist with various ad hoc tasks or project that may arise.
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking,or equivalent.
* Preferably specializing in Finance – General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
* At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Computer literates in Excel and familiar with Biztrak system will be added advantages.
* Required language(s) Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
* Result oriented, good interpersonal and communication skills.
* Preferable Chinese Candidate.
* Be able to start work immediately.
Senior HR Executive
(Kuala Lumpur – Jalan Sungai Besi)
Responsibilities:
* Assisting in administering and coordinating Human Resources services in relation to the operations of the organization through employee relations, manpower and career development, including other employee services functions, which are in line with the organizational and business needs.
* Ensuring that HR policies and procedures are adhered to.
* Responsibility for all discipline and grievance issues, including conducting investigations and advising ACS managers/PIC on disciplinary hearings up to and including dismissal.
* Authority to handle disciplinary, legal, grievance and employee relation issues as seen fit, keeping the management informed of all developments. Represents organization at personnel-related hearings and investigations.
* Working closely with GM, management team and H.O.Ds to implement strategic changes and assisting with Aussino acquisitions.
* Preparing and providing training for Operations and retails team on HR issues.
* Providing advice to employees and mediating in disputes.
* Implement, administrate, manage and advisory support on compensation & benefits programs.
* Responsible for timely processing of payroll and produce related reports and documents for submission to relevant government authorities such as EPF, SOCSO, LHDN, etc.
* Administering and updating Aussino database (HR and Payroll database).
* Maintaining all personnel files and ensuring compliance with Data Protection regulations.
Requirements:
* Diploma or Degree in HR Management/Administration or equivalent;
* Minimum 3-4 years experience in similar role.
* Experience in retail industry is an added advantage;
* Ability to work in a fast paced environment and up-to-date knowledge’ on latest training programs and techniques;
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong inclination towards people management and leadership;
* Good working knowledge and familiar with Malaysian Labour Laws, human resources policies, practices and Industrial Relations;
* Must be able to work under pressure, have good follow up and able to meet the demand of the job requirement;
* Must have transport and willing to travel within Klang Valley and outstations;
* Able to start work immediately
