Accounts / Finance Executive
Location: Shah Alam
Responsibilities:
· Assist month end closing
· Update daily transactions into accounting systems
· Handle accounts payables
· The candidate will handle accounts payable.
· Assist in preparation of financial and management reports on monthly basis.
· Assist in preparation of billings, reminders, statement of accounts and debtors ageing.
· Bank reconciliation.
· To perform other administrative tasks.
· Assist in other ad-hoc assignments as instructed.
Requirements:
· Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Accountancy/Finance/ LCCI Higher or equivalent.
· At least one (1) year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
· High degree of integrity, maturity and able to work independently with an eye for detail, meticulous and able to meet deadlines.
· Experience in construction industry preferably in Architectural Firm would be an added advantage.
· Knowledge of Oracle is an added advantage.
· Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
