Assistant Manager-Business Advisory Centre

esponsibilities:

* Assist the Head of Business Advisory Centre in providing consultancy services to existing /new SMEs Entrepreneur .
* To establish good rapport with customers and assist in identifying business opportunities from the perspective of product applications in SME arears.
* To ensure established policies and procedures on Advisory Center are fully adhered to.
* to conduct site visit at the customer premise and prepare visit report for identifying the services required by the customer and make the necessary recommendation to Head of Advisory Center.
* provide information related to business matching, marketing and franchising to customer.
* Increased participation service development and customer management related training, skill upgrading and business advisory related programs.
* to identify, prioritise and respond ti the Business Advisory Services requirement for customers, potential customers and non-customers as well as develop and execute promotional strategies and action plans to achieve brand recognition and awareness.

Requirements:

* Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance and / related fields.
* At least 5-8 years working experiance in public relations or marketing & communication field
* Experiance in designing and implementing market communication campaigns effectively
* Proven succes in executing communications and marketing programs for organizations at strategic level
* Excellent oral and written communication skill and ability to write or work with communication or goverment agencies and with a large range or difference audiences
* Execellent interpersonal / communication skill and ability to liaise effectively with people at all levels of organizations
* ability to design effective presentation material with strong presentation skills
