Credit Appraisers
(Kuala Lumpur - To be based in Head Office)

Responsibilities:

- Evaluate credit applications submitted by business units and make appropriate recommendations to the Chief Credit Officer for approval.
- Proactively highlight key and inherent risks in a credit application.
- Critically review (moderate) credit risk grades to reflect the loan quality and
- consistence vis-à-vis other loan assets.
- Ensure credit applications submitted are of good quality and are in compliance with the Bank’s credit policies and guidelines.
- Promote continuous development of tools and methodologies to focus on risk and return.

Requirements:

- Degree/Professional qualification in any discipline.
- Minimum 8 years working experience in evaluating credit applications.
- Partial/full Certified Credit Professional qualification will have added advantage.
- Possess strong credit writing and analytical skills.
- Confident, matured and able to work independently.
- Possess good writing, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Dynamic, creative and customer oriented.

RELATIONSHIP MANAGERS /ASSISTANT RELATIONSHIP MANAGERS
(To be based in Penang & Kuantan)

Responsibilities:

The role of Relationship Manager/ Assistant Relationship Managers is to support respective Heads of Business Loan Centres in commercial banking activities. Candidates presently in this role and marketing/sales are encouraged to apply.

- Establish new business opportunities for Commercial/ SME loans.
- Maintain and enhance standards of service with existing commercial banking clients.
- Manage portfolio of commercial / SME accounts.
- Monitor and ensure that accounts are not overdue and develop suggestions/recommendations/ other measures to prevent NPLs.
- Formulate and implement competitive customer retention and utilization strategies.

Requirements:

- Degree/ Professional qualification in any discipline.
- Partial / full Certified Credit Professional qualification will have added advantage.
- 3 - 4 years of working experience in sales/marketing and credit.
- Strong writing and analytical skills.
- Good marketing and sales management skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills, able to converse in different languages will be an advantage
