CREDIT PROCESSING-OFFICER/CONFIDENTIAL ASSISTANT ( Based in Johor Bahru )
(Kuala Lumpur /Johor Bahru)

Responsibilities :

- Issuance of Letter of Offers promptly in accordance with the guidelines.
- To ensure Loan Disbursements are made accurately, timely and upon completion of all required documentation.
- To key-in all data in the computer system accurately and timely.
- To submit all reports accurately and timely.
- To ensure Loan Repayments are monitored promptly and reminders are issued timely on any amount in arrears.
- To reviews and improve operational process efficiency.

Requirements :

- A first degree holder with at least 3 years working experiences in credit or related field or a diploma holder with at least 5 working experiences in credit processing.
- Possess basic knowledge of legal documentation work.
- Able to write and speak English fluently and is computer literate.
- Possess a dynamic personality with strong interpersonal, problem solving skills, communication and good people management skills.
- Be able to prioritize your work and the work of the team
- The candidate must be willing to relocate to Johor Bahru.

RELATIONSHIP MANAGER - BOND / SYNDICATION ( Kuala Lumpur - Jln Tun H.S. Lee )

Responsibilities :

- To manage the Bond/Syndication Unit in the Department primarily to assist the Bank in grooming its Bond/Syndication portfolio.
- To solicit new businesses from large corporate segments (>RM100 million turnover) to enhance the Bank lending to this sector.
- To maintain and enhance the relationship with the existing portfolio of customers.
- To cross sell the Bank various products to existing and potential customers.
- Asset protection by conducting prompt review on accounts handled.

Requirements :

- A good Degree in Accounting/Business Administration/Economics or professional qualification in CACA/CIMA/ICSA from acceptable institutions of higher learning.
- Minimum 8 years experience in another financial institution with exposure in the bonds/syndication/corporate banking segment and related business division, with strong business acumen and credit analytical skill.
- Knowledge of accounting analytical skill (not book keeping);
- Negotiation skill with good PR;
- Good knowledge of the bond/capital market and has wide contacts with market players

BUSINESS SUPPORT OFFICER ( Kuala Lumpur - Jln Tun H.S.Lee )
(Kuala Lumpur)

Responsibilities :
- Able to conduct financial spread.
- To submit promptly the necessary reports to relevant authorities.
- To conduct credit search or any other searches assigned by the Head of Department or the Management.
- To handle customer’s requirement and complaint.

Requirements :
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in banking or financial institution.
- Fresh graduates (Degree/Diploma) in Accounting are encouraged to apply.
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Possesses good communication and interpersonal skills, dynamic and pro-active personality.
- Attention to detail and committed to work under pressure.
- Good computer and Microsoft literate in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

NIGHT SHIFT IT OPERATOR (CONTRACT) ( Kuala Lumpur - Jln Tun H.S.Lee )

Responsibilities :

- Ensure operations procedures are adhered so that work schedules are carried out accurately and on time.
- Ensure timely execution of assigned tasks.
- Ensure efficient reporting escalation of System reports to users.
- Assist in the installation of new hardware and software as directed.
- Ensure backups for all computer data in the AS400 and Windows servers are carried out accurately and timely.
- Ensure reports / data media are distributed accurately and timely.
- Ensure Data Centre and IT Printing room are clean, tidy and vacuumed regularly.
- Responsible for operation and maintenance activities of Core Banking System.
- Monitoring the operation of computer hardware systems and ensuring that these machines are used as efficiently and securely as possible.
- Carry out other tasks as may be directed or assigned.
- The working hours shall be from 6 pm to 2 am.

Requirements :

- Possess at least diploma in computer-related disciplines.
- Preferably with 1 year working experience as computer operator or equivalent.
- Possess AS 400, OS400 and Window Server 2003 operations.
- Possess knowledge on desktop applications, Local and Wide Area Network and IT security awareness.
- Possess Computer Operations experience.
- Possess Technical aptitude, Self motivated and team player.

PROJECT / PLANNING MANAGER ( Kuala Lumpur - Jln Tun H.S.Lee )

Responsibilities :

- Undertake a thorough feasibility study of opening new branches in Malaysia.
- Prepare and present a proposal to Management and to the Board operation of new branches.
- Monitor the progress of the implementation schedule of setting up new branches.
- Reviews and recommends new methods and procedures for the new branch daily operations to ensure efficiency with effective internal controls.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Bank.

Requirements :

- A first degree holder with at least 5 years working experience in banking with exposures in branch operations.
- Possess strong business acumen and result oriented.
- Able to write and speak English fluently and is computer literate.
- Committed to service excellence and customer satisfaction.
