Branch Manager
(Johor, Kedah, Kuala Lumpur, Kelantan, Melaka, Negeri Sembilan, Penang, Pahang, Perak, Perlis, Sabah, Selangor, Sarawak, Terengganu, Labuan, Putrajaya)

Responsibilities:

Job Purpose:

* Plan, implement, manage and supervise all financial, operational and administrative functions of Branch comprising the following areas :-·
o Credit & Marketing·
o Credit Review·
o Restructuring & Reschedulement·
o Financial Advisory· Credit & Finance Administration·
o Financial Administration

Responsibilities:

*  Plan, manage and supervise all operations and administration of Branch comprising of Customer Relationship Management, Credit Administration to maximize Branch Profit.
*  Develop strategy and action plans to ensure that the branch achieved/exceeded the yearly budget/target.
* Accountable for Branch performance on audits and compliance with the Bank’s policy & SOP and other regulatory requirements.
* Establish business contacts and manage relationships for expension of business opportunities.
* Ensure that the Branch plans & objectives are fully implemented as per the budget.
* Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty through Customer Relationship Management (CRM) activities with good and efficient service.
* Conduct site visits on potential projects/customers for verification and clearly understanding of the clients business.
* Liaise and establish rapport with other financial institutions for purpose of credit enquiries or jointly eveluation of loans.
* Liaise and establish rapport with registered valuers in order to speed up the valuation process or to verify the valuation reports.
* Monitor all operation activities as per the Bank’s client charter.
* liaise, verify and obtain recommendation by other support function pertaining to the credit evaluation/disbursement

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics or its equivalent
* At least 5 years of working experience in the related of Marketing, Credit Evaluation and Credit Administration.
* Multi tasking, independent and problem solver.
* Possess good analytical skills and IT literate (Microsoft Words, Excel and Power Point).
* Possess good oral and written communication skills in both Bahasa Malaysia and English.
* Able to communicate effectively with all levels of staff.
* Able to work extra hours when necessary.
* Ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines.
* Experiance in Branch Operation is an added advantage.
