Residence Manager
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the overall supervision, maintenance and management system of Serviced Residences
- Responsibilities include product quality control, enhancement and operations, as well as maintenance of apartments for maximum guests’ satisfaction
- Lead and guide a team of staff at the Serviced Residence(s) to ensure smooth operations and in achieving service excellence.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar capacity
- Strong leadership, good communication and decision-making skills
