The Royale Bintang Damansara, an elegant contemporary 4-star hotel, unique and luxurious hotel is seeking energetic, motivated and dedicated candidates for the following position:

CHEF DE PARTIE/ COMMIS
(Selangor - Damansara, Petaling Jaya)

Responsibilities:
- Has knowledge of all preparation mise-en place, concerning ingredients, cooking techniques and presentation.
- Ensure quality and freshness of all food preparation.
- To ensure smooth running of operations.

Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a SPM/Diploma/Professional Certificate or equivalent.
- At least 2-3 year(s) working experience in the related filed is required for this position.
- Applicants should be Malaysian citizens.
