Accounts Clerk
(Selangor)
Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of clerical work, entry-level bookkeeping and accounting tasks
- Assist in accounting monthly closing
- Manage day to day operation
Requirements:
- LCCI / Diploma in Accountancy or professional accounting qualifications, or equivalent
- At least 5 years of working experience in the related field
- Able to handle full sets of accounts
- Able to work independently and systematically
- Computer literate with knowledge in USB Software will be an advantage
- Fluent in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia. Conversant in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
Production Planning and Co-ordinating Executive
(Selangor - Ampang)
Responsibilities:
- Plan and co-ordinate with production and marketing departments to ensure production schedules and work orders are completed on time to meet delivery schedules
- Prepare required production reports
- Supports the company’s vision inclusive of specific key performance indicators i.e. Quality, Production, On-time Delivery, Customer Satisfaction, Continuous Improvement and Profitability
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma with minimum 2-3 years of working experience
- Working experience in a garment manufacturing environment will be an advantage
- Pleasant personality, self-motivated, proactive, result oriented, able to work independently with minimum supervision and willingness to work outside normal hours whenever required
- Must be computer literate
- Fluent in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia. Conversant in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
Operations Manager
(Selangor - Ampang)
Responsibilities:
- Improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of organizations mission — specifically, support better management reporting, information flow and management, business process and organizational planning
- Manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of Support Services (HR, IT and Finance), through improvements to each function as well as coordination and communication between support and business functions
- Play a significant role in long-term planning, including an initiative geared toward operational excellence
- Organization of fiscal documents
- Regular meetings with Managing Director around fiscal planning
- Supervise and coach sales representative on a weekly basis
- Sales support and back-up of sales representative
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma holder in Business Studies, Marketing, IT, Electrical / Electronics Engineer or its equivalent
- At least 15 years working experience which includes at least 5 years in managerial positions
- Knowledge in accounting and technical background will be an added advantage
- Excellent computer skills and proficient in excel, word and outlook
- Demonstrated leadership and vision in managing staff groups and major projects or initiatives
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative management style
- Budget development and oversight experience
- Excels at operating in a fast pace
- Excellent people manager, open to direction and collaborative work style and commitment to get the job done
- Ability to look at situations from several points of view, challenge and debate issues of importance to the organization
- Persuasive with details and facts
- Delegate responsibilities effectively
- High comfort level working in a diverse environment
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written English and Bahasa Malaysia. Conversant in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
