CLERKS / CASHIERS

Requirements:

- SPM qualification.
- Pleasant personality with good interpersonal qualities.
- Conversant in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Self motivated and is computer literate.
- Able to commence work immediately.

EXECUTIVE SECRETARY

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- To provide full spectrum of secretarial services to the CEO
- Take charge of the Administration Department and ensure its efficient running
- Handle correspondence, maintain all contracts and co-ordinate the preparation of management reports, management presentations, and Board documents
- Attend and take minutes of various Meetings

REQUIREMENTS:

- Advanced Diploma/Diploma in Secretarialship or it equivalent
- Minimum 7 years of secretarial experience with 3 years supporting top management
- Able to manage and lead a team of telephone operators, dispatch clerk and administrative clerk.
- Must be able to work independently and multi-task at the same time keep to deadlines
- Excellent spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia is a pre-requisite
