Customer Service Executive

REQUIREMENT

-      Diploma holder or higher in any field with at least 1 year working experience in FMCG operations
-      Strong customer engagement skills, maintain and develop on-going customer relationship and overall customer satisfaction.
-      Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, self-initiative & able to interact with all levels of people
-      Excellent oral & written communication skills in English, BM or Chinese dialects
-      Fresh graudates are encouraged to apply.
