DUTY MANAGER (GUEST SERVICES MANAGER)

Responsibilities:
To be responsible in providing day to day supervision, direction and leadership to Front Office personnel under the guidance of the Front Office Manager in accordance with the objectives, performance and quality standards established by Shangri-La Hotels & Resorts.
Requirements:
* Possess SPM / or and Diploma in Hospitality Management.
* Preferably with 2 years working experience in a hotel industry.
* Good command of spoken and written English.
* Pleasant personality with good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Possess initiative with good customer and people oriented skills.
