Assembly Technician
(Selangor - Shah Alam)

Responsibilities:

- To ensure machine, testers and jigs is maintained and in working condition whenever require by Assembly cell. To maximize the operational effectiveness by minimize unplanned down time.
- Ensure machine, testers & jigs in safe operating conditions are always adhered.
- Communicate and ensure compliance to corporate and organizational safety programs, goals and targets.
- Develop Junior Technician on safety awareness and concepts.
- All machines, testers and jigs as per Master list and orderly maintained.
- To carry out maintenance and repairs works on machines, testers and jigs.
- To ensure Preventive Maintenance and Total Production Maintenance are carried out as per schedule.
- Supervise Junior Technician on the Reactive Maintenance activity.
- Review machine, testers & jigs condition and propose for any replacement required as to ensure efficient production running.
- To respond to production issues highlighted in SIM2 or during production in relation to machines, testers and jigs in prompt manner.
- To ensure all ISO 9001 : 2000 procedures are strictly followed, and relevant documentation are orderly maintained.
- Develop SPS competence for Maintenance related element.
- To carry out any other duties as may be directed by the Management.

Requirements:

- Certificate or Diploma holder in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Electronic Engineering field.
- Knowledge and experience in Automatic and Semi- Automatic tester, pad printing, laser printing, hot stamping and ultrasonic machine and process will be advantage.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in related field.
- Fluent in written and spoken English and B. Malaysia.
- Computer literate.
- Fresh graduate can be considered, training will be provided.

Sr. Executive Testing & Calibration -QA
(Selangor - Shah Alam)

Responsibilities:

- Testing of Electrical Products as per International standards.
- Good Understanding of IEC standards & interpretation of test reports provided by Standard Labs
- Good knowledge on Electrical wiring diagrams & hands on experience on testing.
- Experience to deal with Standard bodies such as SIRIM,ST, JKR
- To lead & maintain the total Calibration system of the plant.
- To liase with external calibration agency for an effective calibration of all instruments.
- Exposure on Six Sigma methodology.
- Good Communication Skills with external bodies, authorities.

Requirements:

- Bachelors of Electrical Engineering with minimum 3-4 years of experience in Testing and Calibration
- Good knowledge in Laboratory testing & understanding of Standards
- Good understanding of Electrical products, product testing.
- Good understanding in Statistical Quality Control.
- Good analytical skills.
- God interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.

Technical Assistant
(Selangor - Shah Alam)

Responsibilities:

- Establish and modify the Operation Standards (Work Instructions)
- To manage and drive line motion study, line balancing & cycle time analysis
- On Lean implementation and SPS elements.
- To conduct Ergonomic diagnosis and implementation
- To build and maintain Lean cells and racks using LADM – new, modification after MTM & transfers
- To manage Jigs/Fixtures (Troubleshoot, Improve existing, New & Transfers & maintain database)
- On enhancement of current process or development of new process (assembly & molding)
- Generate and maintain reports as directed by Management/Department
- To implement 5S at work place
- To carry out any other duties as and when may be directed by the Management / Department
