Technical Service Engineer
(BRUNEI)

Responsibilities:

- Maintain and service the medical devices (pharmaceutical) equipments
- Solve customers’ problems concerning machine & spare parts at customer sites
- Make regular courtesy visits to customers as well as making recommendations on regular equipment maintenance, and provide suggestions for better performance of medical device equipment
- Troubleshoots and repairs instruments and identifies technical problems and system issues. Repairs include identify and removing defective parts and installation of new parts
- Engineer may be on an on-call status to answer technical and service questions, as well as provide quick response to an emergency repair call
- Require to travel >50% of working hours
- May require Saturday/Sunday/Public holiday work

Requirements:
- Certificate/Diploma in Electronic/Electrical engineering or related engineering qualifications is preferred
- Candidates with minimum 3 years’ experience as Field Service Techinical Engineer in Diagnostics or related field
- Good communication and interpersonal skills in English
