FIELD ENGINEER
(Selangor)

Responsibilities:
- Monitor offshore diving operation progress under the supervision of Senior Subsea Field Engineer and Diving Superintendent.
- Ensure readiness of project equipment and drawings prior project execution.
- Assist Senior Subsea Field Engineer on project readiness.
- Prepare and update project schedule.
- To resolve technical queries and recommend alternative solutions to engineering problems.
- To monitor and ensure any test conducted (load test, wet test, etc) during mobilization and at vendors yard is accordance to IMCA or clients requirement.
- To perform setting out of work points and subsequent verification for grillage, sea-fastening and other deck fabrications in accordance with procedures and drawings.
- To produce material requisitions with sufficient information to meet the required technical, quality and safety standards.

Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Civil).
- At least 1 year of working experience in offshore installation and diving work and overall working experience in Engineering for 3 years(s).
- Willing to learn and well execution on task given.
- Well in planning of project.
- Problem solving and self motivated.
- Willing to travel.

MANAGER-BUSINESS OPTIMISATION & ANALYSIS
(Selangor)

Responsibilities:

- To assist the General Manager to perform financial/budget monitoring & operational reviews of operational strategies & propose improvement processes
- To assist in conducting detailed financial analysis for cost benchmarking and operational effectiveness analysis
- To assist on the Project evaluation & feasibility studies – potential investment/divestment assessments and operational viability reviews
- A team member to develop & monitor the Key Performance Indicators for Heads of Operating Units
- To perform other special initiatives operations scope
- To Work with cross-functional teams to achieve the Group’s objectives

Requirements:

- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree or Post Graduate Diploma in Finance/Accounting/Business Studies/Administration/Management/Economics or equivalent.
- At least 10 year(s) of working experience in the related field.
- Experience in corporate/business planning, merchant banking, consultancy, operations or general management. Exposure or involvement in oil & gas industry will be an added advantage
- Possess good interpersonal skills to work with high level management and external parties
- Able to work independently yet a good team player
- Ability to identify and resolve issues with strong analytical and project management skills
- Self-starter with proactive working attitude
- Willing to travel including overseas assignments
- Ability to meet tight deadlines is a must
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
