Account Cum Admin Officer / Assistant

Location: Johor Bahru.

Responsibilities:

- Mainly responsible for maintaining Company’s Account using UBS computerised A/C System.

- Handling general administrative duties and Purchases.

- To manage Office Assistant in maintaining a good documents filling systems for smooth data retrieving.

- Assist in preparation of reports/documents e.g. proposals and presentation materials at AD-HOC BASIS.

Requirements:

- Candidate must possess at least a relevant Certificate in Accounting, Business Studies, Private Secretarial or equivalent.

- Those with minimum two years relevant experience are preferred.

- Good command of written & spoken English.

- Those able to write & speak CHINESE are STRONGLY encourage to apply

- Must be able to handle basic full set of Accounts.

- Good knowledge of MS Office program (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and using internet search engines and Business-To-Business (B2B) websites.

- Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.

Basic(RM1400 to RM1800) +OT+allowance(max. RM400)+1-mth contractual bonus.
