Requirements:

- Minimum of 2 years experience within a similar role – in a small 4 or 5 star hotel
- Have a good command of the English language (other languages advantageous)
- Poses strong leadership skills by leading by example, has a positive attitude, ability to prepare standard operating procedures, ability to coach and counsel staff and is hands on
- Is highly energetic and prepared to go above and beyond to exceed guests expectations
- Highly organized and able to plan rosters, events & complete administration duties
- Develops good guest relationships
- Strong eye for detail and high sense of cleanliness
- History of high personal integrity
- Looking to move forward in the hospitality industry
