Finance Officers
Job responsibilities:
* Processing of payment.
* Follow up on timely payment, check for discrepencies and resolve any outstanding issues.
* Ensure all payment are posted on a timely manner and comply to policies.
* Perform checks on all invoices before processing payment.
* Responsible for timely periodic financial and management reporting, budgeting, forecasting and providing data to support decision making.
* Provide ad-hoc finance support as required.
* Support the finance department in its day to day and month close activities.
* Assist in other aspects of period end financial reporting requirements.
Job Requirement:-
* Degree or diploma in accounting, finance or related discipline and/or professional accounting qualification.
* Good computer skills, especially MS Excel, Power point.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Organized, meticulous, and able to multi-task.
* Initiative, independent and good team player.
* Assist in other ad hoc duties as applicable.
* Ability to cope with tight datelines particularly during month end reporting period.
* Fresh graduate are encourage to apply.
