Manager / Assistant Manager - Food & Beverage
(Kuala Lumpur)

Responsibilities:

- Controls and supervises the manpower/personnel with regards to manpower planning, teamwork, discipline, training and development.
- Monitors and supervises the standards of service towards guests.
- To develop and plan marketing ideas for attracting and retaining customers.
- Prepare the monthly report and any other report as required.
- To perform any other duties as may be assigned by the Management from time to time.
- Plan, develop, implement strategy and P & L for the restaurant.

Requirements:

- At least a Diploma/Degree in Food & Beverage Services management, Hotel Management or equivalent with min 3 years of experience in hotel operations.
- Ability to identify, propose and implement areas for improvements in relation to F&B operations, Human Resource Management, Customer Service and other Administrative areas.
- Result orientated, a strategic thinker with strong leadership and mentoring skills as well as able to lead an overall operations.
- Ability to speak and write in English, Bahasa Malaysia and other local dialect.
- Computer literate.
- Must be able to work long flexible hours.
- Must have a pleasant personality, good communication and interpersonal skills required to deal effectively with customer and staff.
- Strong supervisory skills with overall F & B knowledge required  to ensure the smooth running of  F & B operations.
