Front Office Manager

Requirements:
* Manage and supervise the Front Office Department.
* Ensuring the maximization of room revenue & profit and maintaining a consistently high standard of customer service
* Minimum 5 years experience in similar capacity
* Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia, English and spoken knowledge of any other languages would be an added advantage.
* Assertive personality with good interactive skills
* Excellent organization skills, aggressive, able to work under pressure and meet tight datelines
* Ensure all services offered at the Front Desk are always available and carried out with the utmost efficiency and courtesy.
* Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
