We are currently looking for an exceptional individual to fill the following vacancy:
Front Office Manager
(Selangor – Sepang)
Responsibilities:
Responsible for maintaining the efficient of front office operation through planning, organizing, staffing, executing and controlling the functions of the department. Directs and coordinates the activities of the front office and responsible for the smooth operation which includes reception / cashiering, mail and information, bell service, business centre and telephone department. The results achieved by these departments must be in accordance with the company objectives as highest level of performance and quality standard of the hotel is expected.
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
* At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Applicants must be willing to work in Sepang.
* Preferably Managers specializing in Hotel Management/Tourism Services or equivalent.
