General Accountant
(Southern Tagalog - Cabuyao, Laguna)

Responsibilities:
The General Accountant performs a variety of accounting functions to ensure accuracy and timely recording of transactions. Assure the validity, correctness and completeness of entries in the book of accounts.
Main Duties & Responsibilities

- Preparation of Bank Reconciliations
- Preparation of schedule of accruals and others needed in F/S
- Preparation  of Balance Sheet Statement
- Preparation of Cash Flow Statement
- Preparation of profit and loss statement
- Petty Cash Custodian ( PESO & USD)
- Check all outstanding accounts in A/R & A/P
- Reconciling Account Receivables and Payables
- Preparation of inventory analysis/grading
- Review of fixed assets management report and fixed asset inventory
- Preparation of depreciation schedule of fixed assets
- Review of all manufacturing expenses and variance analysis
- Assist in the preparation of expenses details in annual operating budgets
- To handle other Finance tasks that will be assigned.

Requirements:

- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA), an added advantage
- With at least 5 years experience in supervisory or managerial capacity in Financial Accounting, Reporting and Control, Taxation, extensive knowledge in accounting works and principles such as F/S preparation, costing, budgeting, forecasting, etc; Basic knowledge in any payroll system.
- Experience PEZA processing.
- Proficiency in MS-Office Excel is required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-  Must have a high sense of responsibility, sense of ownership, analytical skills, detail-oriented, proactive, to prioritize and work in a multi-tasked environment and a team player with the ability to work with minimum supervision.
