The Royale Bintang Kuala Lumpur, an elegant, unique, and luxurious 4star-hotel located in Jalan Bukit Bintang which is the heart of Kuala Lumpur’s Golden Triangle. We are seeking energetic, motivated, dedicated candidates for the following position

Guest Services Manager
(Kuala Lumpur)

Responsibilities:

- The Guest Services Manager supervises, directs and leads the Front Office personnel and to ensure the smooth operation of the department under the direction of the Front Office Manager whereby the results achieved are in accordance with the objectives, performance and quality standard established by the Hotel. In absence of the Front Office Manager/Assistant Front Office Manager, the Guest Services Manager is to assist the Front Office operations. She/He also represents the management in handling all areas of operations within the Hotel during her/his shift.

Requirements:

- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
- A minimum of 2 - 3 years experience in Hospitality Industry is required for this position.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and interaction skills.
- Speaks fluent English and confident.
- A team player and able to work under pressure.
- Pleasant personality.
