ASSISTANT HOUSEKEEPER
(Melaka)

Responsibilities:

- Assist Executive Housekeeper in overall operation of the Housekeeping Department.
- Ensure quality cleanliness, order and appearance of rooms and public area according to the standards of policy and procedures.
- Supervision of all housekeeping team members to maintain the highest standard of rooms operation.

Requirements:

- Candidate must possess at least a SPM/”O” Level, Higher Secondary/STPM/”A” Level/Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Hotel Management/Tourism Services or equivalent.

Duty Manager
(Melaka)

Responsibilities:

- Assist the Rooms Division Manager in the daily operations of Front Office Department.
- Ensure excellent guest services whilst complying with hotel standards of policies and procedures.
- Ensure urgency in handling all guest  request and complaints.
- Develop and implement solutions to meet guest requirements.

Requirements:

- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): Working experience in similar or relevant position.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Front Office Service or equivalent.

Finance Manager
(Melaka)

Responsibilities:

- Responsible for the managing of Finance Department and actively involved in its operation to lead the overall Finance team.
- Perform Management accounting activities including preparation of financial accounts, cash flow, credit control and liaise with auditor for all accounting related matters.
- Formulate and monitor policy and procedures in relation to debt and month end inventory.
- Coordinate and prepare annual budget for submission to Management.

Requirements:

- Candidate must possess at least a Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Managers specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
