Learning And Development Manager
(Selangor)

Requirements:

- Possess at least a Diploma in Hotel Management or any equivalent discipline.
- Minimum 3 years experience in training, preferably in the Hotel industry.
- Ability to manage the entire spectrum of training including development of programs, formulating and implementing TNA and managing training budget.
- Has the passion to train and develop people
- Matured with pleasant personality and able to work independently.
- Possess good command of both spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Possess excellent leadership and interactive skills
