Bukit Keluang Beach Resort is located in Pantai Peranginan Bukit Keluang in the district of Besut, Terengganu. Lying on the East Coast of Peninsula Malaysia, it is easily accessible via road, taking approximately 1 1/2 hours from Kuala Terengganu and 1 hour from Kota Bharu.
We are looking for suitable candidates for position below:
SALES COORDINATOR
(Terengganu)
Responsibilities:
- To assist in quotations / proposals / event orders
- To assist in coordinating confirmed functions and liaising closely with the respective departments.
- To assist Sales Managers/Executive in their daily sales assignments
- To assist in hotel inspection for potential clients / customers
- To have good knowledge of all facilities and services offered by the hotel.
- To assist Director of Sales & Marketing in work related to Sales & Marketing as and when requested.
Requirements:
- SPM or relevant certificate in Mass Communications or Hotel Management. Candidates without relevant qualification but with experience in related field are encouraged to apply.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in related field.
- Computer literate.
- Candidate with good administrative background are encouraged to apply.
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Pleasant to deal with, diplomatic, reliable, guest-driven, friendly, fair and approachable.
- Positive attitude and willing to learn.
CHEF
(Terengganu – Besut)
Responsibilities:
- Specializing in local and western cuisines
- Skills in food preparation, presentation, costing and menu planning
- Undertake to develop food promotions, to enhance sales
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least A Professional Certificate in Culinary Arts or equivalent.
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Passionate, creative and an excellent hand on trainer.
- Possess a pleasant and outgoing personality
- Consideration will be given to candidates without qualification but related work experience.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills with a cheerful disposition and team player.
FOOD & BEVERAGE MANAGER
(Terengganu)
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for daily operations of Food & Beverage outlets and to lead the teams to achieve the set targets.
- Organizing and planning of Banquet functions and events.
- Sets and maintains service standards and monitor quality of foods.
- Implements constant improvement in Food & Beverage Department to meet the targets.
Requirements:
- Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Food & Beverage Services Management, Hospitality / Hotel Management or equivalent.
- Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in a similar capacity.
- Possess strong leadership and communication skills.
- Well organized, detail-oriented and quality minded person.
