Requirements:

- Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/”A”
Level/Pre-U, Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate
Diploma, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is
required for this position.
- Good Leadership Skills and be Quality focused
- Must be a self starter, able to follow direction and deputize when
necessary
- Experience in a quality dining operation and Understanding of Food
Safety & Kitchen Hygiene
- Good knowledge of HACCP
- Basic understanding of kitchen finance related topics such as food
