Responsibilities:

- Overall in-charge of effective delivery / collection of luggage, parcels, messages, gifts etc and general errands within the hotel’s parameter.

Requirements:

- Minimum SPM or equivalent
- Excellent communications skill for both written and verbal. Multiple language skills are preferred
- Able to work under pressure
- Self-starter, results oriented and also a team player
- Pleasant personality with good organisational skills
- Good problem solving skills
- Independent and self-motivated with good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.

Front Office Assistant
(Kuala Lumpur)

Responsibilities:

- Responsible for the efficient provision of registration, cashiering and information functions at the Front Office counter.
