Chief Engineer
(Negeri Sembilan - Port Dickson)

Responsibilities:

- Effective management of the Engineering Team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Ensuring all maintenance & engineering aspects of the property are of high standards of quality in total compliance with statutory requirements.
- Effective control of energy cost and ensuring expenditure is controlled in accordance to budget and company policies.
- Planning and implementing an effective annual preventive maintenance program.

Requirements:

- Minimum diploma or degree in Civil Engineering and/or possesses a Chargeman High Tension Certificate, or both.
- Aged 35 years and above.
- Minimum 5 years hands on experience with proven track record as a hotel engineer leading the Engineering Team for a hotel of at least 3 star rating.
- A dynamic self starter, resourceful, result oriented with excellent management qualities to lead a team of varied nationalities.
- Excellent coordination and organizational skills. Customer focused within the hospitality industry.

Executive Housekeeper
(Negeri Sembilan)

Responsibilities:

- To be responsible for efficient and cost effective housekeeping operations including human resource management, inventory control, development and adherence to standard operating procedures.
- To manage and plan the activities of the housekeeping supervisors and their crew for optimum performance and delivery of service
- Provide professional customer service, assist with guest problem resolution and ensure satisfaction.
- Train, guide and motivate the team members for higher productivity and work efficiency.

Requirements:

- Diploma or certificate in hotel management or any other discipline
- At least 5 years housekeeping experience with 2 years experience as Executive Housekepeer. Experience with an International Hotel Chain will be an added advantage.
- Possess strong organization, communication and leadership skills. Proficient in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
