Duty Manager
(Pahang - Cameron Highlands)

Responsibilities:

- To oversee the daily administration and operation of the Front Office Department including Reservation, Reception, Operator and Bellman

Requirements:

- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equilavent.
- Required language(s): Chinese, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- At least 3-5 year(s) of working experience in the related filed is required for this position.
- Preferably Managers specializing in Hotel Management or equilavent. Job role in Front Office.
- Must be computer literate.
- Full-Time positions available, applicant must be willing to work at Cameron Highlands.
- Pleasant disposition, have good interpersonal & communication skills, keen learner with good attitude, self motivated, resourcefulness, organized & responsible.
- Willing to work long hours.
- Applicants should be Malaysian citizens only.

Pastry Chef
(Pahang - Cameron Highlands)

Responsibilities:

- Plans, directs and evaluate the food & beverage (pastry) products & services, daily operations & workflow in the kitchen.
- Administrative duties, monitoring & processing of documentation required.
- Identifies issues/concerns and formulate recommendations for improvement.
- Quality control, establish and monitors expenses & control system for food & beverage (pastry) products, supplies and equipment.
- Teamwork player, work closely with different departments or divisions, in order to achieve the common goal of the company.

Requirements:

- Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary or above.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
- At least 3-5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Cameron Highlands.
- Preferably Managers specializing in Pastry/Bakery or equivalent.
- Full-Time positions available.
- Applicants should be Malaysian citizens.

Food & Beverage Manager
(Pahang - Cameron Highlands)

Responsibilities:

- Plans, directs and evaluate the food & beverage products & services, daily operations & workflow in the restaurant.
- Administrative duties, monitoring & processing of documentation required.
- Identifies issues/concerns and formulate recommendation for improvement.
- Maximizing or improve of restaurant’s budgeted / forecasted food & beverage revenues, in order to exceed higher profit margin.
- Quality control, establish and monitors expenses & control system for food & beverage products, supplies and equipment.
- Teamwork player, work closely with different departments or divisions in order to achieve the common goal of the company.

Requirements:

- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Food & Beverage Services Management, Hospitality / Tourism / Hotel Management or equivalent.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, and English
- At least 3-5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Managers specializing in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.
- Full-Time positions available.
