Conventions And Events Manager
(Selangor)

Responsibilities:

- To solicit and develop on local and international accounts as defined in the assigned sales portfolios.
- To actively solicit new potential accounts within areas assigned.
- To be fully aware of the potential and buying decisions of all key accounts, competitive information on rates and volume to allow for specific strategic planning related to such accounts.
- Ensures that all site visits conducted and handled in the most professional manner and effectively.
- To coordinate and follow through on functions and events held.
- To achieve sales objectives in support of business directions.

Requirements:

- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, in Hospitality / Tourism / Hotel Management / Marketing or equivalent.
- Possess vast experience in the hotel industry with at least 3 years experience in a similar capacity.
- Good command of spoken and written English and customer service orientated.
- Results driven and passionate in setting a high performance standard and meeting objectives.
- Must be willing to work a flexible schedule in order to accomplish all responsibilities and tasks.
