The hotel is looking for a dynamic and self driven individual who is passionate in working in a highly competitive service industry to apply for the following position:
Assistant Executive Housekeeper
(Selangor)
Responsibilities:
- To handle the full spectrum of the Housekeeping Department.
- To ensure a high standard of cleanliness and consistent in fulfilling the minimum standards as set forth by the management.
- To assist in organizing and supervising the overall housekeeping activities, including laundry and florist.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
- At least 2 year(s) of hands-on experience as an Assistant Executive Housekeeper in both rooms and public areas.
- To work closely with the Executive Housekeeper in planning, organising and maintaining the service standards of the hotel.
- Results driven and passionate in setting a high performance standard and meeting objectives.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills with all level of staff.
Executive Secretary
(Selangor)
Responsibilities:
- To perform secretarial functions, that encompasses maintaining good working order of all departmental correspondence record, secretarial facilities and management reports.
- To prepare confidential correspondence, travel arrangement, reports, minutes of meetings and other complex documents.
- Scheduling of appointments and maintain an updated diary of the General Manager’s appointments and meetings
- Must be aware and familiar in maintaining a high level of confidentiality.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- To undertake other special assignment, ad-hoc functions and related duties specified by the management.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma with a minimum of 3 years working experience as a Executive Secretary.
- Excellent English, both verbal and written is necessary.
- Computer literate and knowledge of MS office with excellent typing skills. At ease in preparing high level presentations.
- Must be very organized and a detailed person.
- Must possess high level of discipline and integrity.
- Preferably Managers specializing in Secretarial/Executive & Personal Assistant or equivalent.
- Pleasant disposition.
