Executive Housekeeper
(Kuala Lumpur – Jalan Munshi Abdullah)
Responsibilities:
* Responsible for all duties of the housekeeping operation and cleanliness levels in all areas of the property.
* To manage the Housekeeping Department.
* To ensure the hygiene and safety of the hotel bedrooms.
* To monitor room maintenance.
* To ensure that guests receive high quality service.
* To ensure that the brand standards are applied.
* Responsibilities include supervision, scheduling, compliance and resolution of guest complaints.
Requirements:
* This position requires strong attention to detail, leadership skills, and the ability to effectively deal with department heads, guests, and team members.
* Required skill(s): Houseekeeping Knowledge, Managment Skills, Strong leadership.
* At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Preferably Managers specializing in Hotel Management/Tourism Services or equivalent. Job role in Hotel Housekeeping or Management.
* Excellent command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
