Senior Executive Internal Audit (PONSB)
(Selangor - Shah Alam)
Responsibilities:
- Conduct of audits as directed, either individually of jointly with other Internal Auditor at PROTON.
- Establish audit objectives and scope for a function or activity.
- Perform preliminary survey to identify areas for audit emphasis and identify key control points of the system, function; or activity being audited.
- Use input from the preliminary survey as well as auditees’ comments and suggestions to design an audit program.
- Obtain approval of the audit work plan.
- Establish audit objectives and scope for a function or activity.
- Use professional judgment to determine the methodology to collect and analyze information. Determine appropriate audit, testing and sampling procedures to analyze and test transactions and processes.
- Preparation of reports in respect of audits and investigations.
- Assisting the training of new staff in audit techniques.
Requirements:
- Must posses Degree in Business Administration or Accounting or Finance or equivalent professional qualification.
- At least 5 years of audit experience in manufacturing environment with relevant operational exposure.
- Exposure in automotive industry is preferable.
- Good in report writing and presentation skills.
- Analytical ability and ability to highlight issues, concerns and weakness in internal control environment.
- Proficient in both oral and written Bahasa Melayu and English
