IT Executive (Network Infrastructure)
(Selangor - Beranang, Semenyih)

Responsibilities:

- Successful candidate will be responsible to perform day-to-day operational with administrating and maintaining with corporate infrastructure.
- Provide technical expertise to develop new service catalogs & processes to drive improvements based on customer experiences.
- Candidate is requires to perform small to large IT project management and implementation.
- To assist with inventory management of software licenses, software, hardware and other IT supplies
- Participate actively in process documentations as well as policies & procedures enforcements.
- To provide technical support on hardware & software related.
- To monitor and ensure service level agreement (SLA) are met.
- To liaise with vendor to ensure contract fulfillment are performed

Requirements:

- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
- Min 3 years experience for IT positions or Min 4 years working experience in enterprise network administration & support environment.
- Required skill(s): Windows Server, Linux, VPN, WLAN, TCP/IP, Routers, Network Architecture & Design, Wireless IPS and Firewall.
- Self-motivated, proactive, resourceful and result-oriented.
- Possess strong interpersonal skills with good analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Candidate must possess the ability to evaluate and make recommendations as appropriately to the business units and actively contributes to the organization’s application and technical strategies.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Beranang - Kajang.
- This position is expected to start work in year 2008
- Required language(s): Chinese.
