JUNIOR BUSINESS ANALYST (S&D-0228810)

Location: Selangor - Cyberjaya

Responsibilities:

- Provide support to the Business and Technical Leadership (BTL) on the succession planning processes
- Perform a high quality and an accurate project management support, creating, maintaining and ensuring accuracy of the records in the BTL databases such as GEMS & STARS.
- Prepare and execute a monthly & regular integrity checks on GEMS & STARS population, a successful Talent Cycle on ER & TR verifications, form deployment, form acceptance, form maintenance, records sign-off, etc.
- Running queries and generating ad-hoc & standard monthly reports such as HRIW, BRIO, GEMS & STARS.
- Understanding and providing thought analysis of data, test new releases, enhancements besides giving feedback & recommendations in order to further help improve on the tools system portfolio.
- Testing new releases and/or enhancements providing feedback & recommendations to help improve our portfolio of tools. Handle effectively on some special projects that being assigned.
- Partnering with peers, Business and Technical Leadership Partners (BTLPs) in other geographies & business units/functions. To advise internal customers on process, policies and procedures.

Requirements:

- Candidate must possess at least an Advanced / Higher Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree or Professional Degree in Business Studies / Administration / Management, Human Resource Management, Commerce or equivalent.
- At least 3 to 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Preferable for those candidates who have an extensive exposure in business analyst reporting field.
- A detailed & result-oriented person, able to interact well with all levels of people and work independently as well as in a team.
- Enforce a positively team & partnering with BTLPs, HR Partners, internal & external stakeholders.
- Having a good analytical skills and end-to-end reporting preparation knowledge & experience especially on talent reporting tools & system technology.
- Required skill(s): An IT savvy person and strong in Microsoft Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
- Required language(s): Fluent in English both written & spoken.
- Able to work on odd hours due to different regions supporting role and willing to be based at Cyberjaya.
