Executive Chef
(Perak – Ipoh)
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for setting high standards of food throughout the Hotel and providing assistance and advise with regard to the planning and effective utilization.
- Responsible for the proper efficiency and profitable functioning of all kitchen.
- Oversees the work for the kitchen bridgate remaining fair and impartial at all times.
- To be able to control and coordinate within kitchen/sections on the overall operations.
- Able to relate to all staffs and have good interaction skills.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary qualification or above.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Chinese
- At least 3-5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Ipoh.
- Preferably Managers specializing in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or Hotel Management.
- Full-Time positions available.
- Applicants should be Malaysian citizens.
