Pharmacy Dispenser
Johor – Bandar Seri Alam
Responsibilities:
You will ensure that all medications are prepared and delivered to patients correctly in a timely manner.
Assist the Pharmacist in screening prescriptions, inpatient discharges and other drug related matters.
Key in daily dose supplies including return and refund of medications.
Supervise Pharmacy Technicians on their respective duties.
Assist Ward Clerks and Admission Clerks in drug related matters, including coding, billing and refund.
Perform ward stock replenishment daily.
Assist pharmacist in regular random ward checks.
Monitor and maintain sufficient stocks in Pharmacy.
Monitor expiry date of stocks in Pharmacy.
Perform other related duties as assigned or requested by the Pharmacist.
Experience in hospital environment would be an added advantage
Requirements:
At least a Diploma or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Pharmacy/Pharmacology or equivalent.
At least 1 year of working experience in the related field.
Pharmacist
Johor – Bandar Seri Alam
Responsibilities:
In charge of the overall operation, manpower planning, budgeting, drug procurement and financial viability of Pharmacy Department.
Maintains the standards of pharmacy practice within the Pharmacy Department.
Provide hands on training and assess staff working performance.
Be involved in multi-disciplinary committees and teams where pharmacy matters are discussed.
To co-ordinate and collaborate with other department or section for activities pertaining to Pharmacy Department.
Requirements:
Malaysian, with Bachelor Degree in Pharmacy
Registered with the Malaysia Board of Pharmacy.
Minimum three years experience in a hospital pharmacy.
Experienced in the reconstitution of IV admixture.
Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Able to work independently.
Knowledge of registration guidelines and requirements of local and international countries.
