Human Resources Assistant
(Kuala Lumpur)

Responsibilities:

- To assist in payroll management
- To assist the HR Department on filing and data entry
- To coordinate and administer recruitment activities
- To administer HR Benefits (medical, insurance etc)
- To assist in office administration (stationery, office equipment, upkeep and maintenance, cleaning service, refreshments, etc)

Requirements:

- Professional Certificate or Diploma qualification
- At least 1-2 years relevant working experience in the field of Human Resources
- Must have strong administration skills to include Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong communication Skills, both written and verbal
- Must have high level of confidentiality
- Organised and meticulous
- Tact & diplomatic
