SENIOR ASSISTANT MANAGER, STRATEGIC PLANNING
(Kuala Lumpur)

Responsibilities:

- Assist in implementation of Retail Strategy Blueprint.
- Data gathering and analysis for project planning and execution.
- Analyze the Pilot result for Rollout deployment plan and project execution.
- Conduct training on new operational processes to ensure the success of new process establishment at all sites.
- To analyze the industry growth, benchmarking and Market/ Business Trends.
- To do the Market intelligence and Research & Development.

Requirements:

- Degree in Business Administration/ Marketing (Retail, Franchise) or Statistic or equivalent with at least 3 years of related experience.
- Operation planning experience.
- Basic analytical skills & basic statistical analysis.
- Experience in collecting data, profiling & analysis.
- Good exposure in Franchise and Retail operation.
- A self starter and able to work independently.
- Able to work under pressure, meet the timeline & Result oriented.
