Account Manager
Responsibilities:
- Formulate and execute strategic business plan for key account management and profit maximization
- Identify and generate new business opportunities
- Effective management of customer relationship and satisfaction level
- Conduct regular market and business review for striving continuous business growth
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or business related disciplines
- At least 5 years’ experience in key account management and business development
- Exposure in express, air-freight or supply chain solution industry an advantage
- Strong planning and analytical skills with business acumen and numerate sense
- Total customers focus with excellent presentation and communication skills
- Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
