ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT ( Based in KL, Jalan Ampang, RM1800 - RM2400 )

Requirements:-

- Full or part qualification of ACCA / CIMA or Degree / Diploma in Accountancy.
- Minimum 2 years working experience in a similar capacity.
- Possess good communication skills and computer skills in MS Word and Excel.
- Be able to handle full set of accounts and work independently.

SENIOR FACILITIES MANAGER ( Based in KL & Penang )

Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Account Director, you will manage all aspects of the facility management service delivery requirements for our multi national client. You will be accountable for the achievement of all key performance indicators which will include liaison with the client representatives, managing suppliers (including third party service provider procurement), reporting on expense budget, maintaining Service Desk operations, safety, security, other compliance issues and general facilities operations and maintenance. You will lead a team on a daily basis to ensure high quality service delivery to the client end users.

Requirements:-

- A university degree or professional qualification in engineering, property or facility management.

- 5-7 years’ practical experience in property or facility management, including experience managing a team of professional staff.

- Ability to manage suppliers, control and monitor facility budgets.

- High level client relationship skills in a multicultural environment.

- Excellent command of spoken and written English.

- Knowledge of MS Windows and Excel is a must.

BUILDING / FACILITIES MANAGER ( Based in KL & Penang,Min 5 years experience in property / facility )

Responsibilities:

You will manage all aspects of the building / facility management service delivery requirements for our client. You will be accountable for the achievement of all key performance indicators including liaison with the client representatives, managing suppliers, reporting on expense budgets, safety, security, other compliance issues and general operations and maintenance.

Requirements:-

- Degree or professional qualifications in M&E engineering, property or facility management.

- Minimum 5 years’ practical experience in property or facility management, including in maintenance of M&E equipment and contracts.

- Ability to manage suppliers, control, monitor facility budgets and manage small chain projects.

- High level client relationship skills in a multicultural environment.

- Excellent command of spoken and written English.

- Computer literate in MS Word and Excel.
