Project Manager (5 days work)
(Based in Bandar Teknologi Kajang)
Salary Range: < RM6000 / month
Requirements :
· Min 5 years relevant working experience in civil and construction industry
· Preferably with Degree / Diploma in Architectural or I.D field
· Posses good skill in projects planning, negotiation and supervision
· Familiar with terms and conditions of Letter of Award
· Proven track record in projects implementation
· Posses own transport
· Conversant in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin / local Chinese dialects
Production Supervisor (5 days work)
(Based in Bandar Teknologi Kajang)
Requirements :
- Candidate must possess at least SPM / preferably Diploma / Certificate in Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent
- Conversant in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin / local Chinese dialects
- At least 3 – 5 years of working experience in manufacturing field especially in metal industry
- Good leadership and possess excellent communication skills
Responsibilities :
- Responsible for production scheduling and documentation work
Factory Manager / Asst Factory Manager (5 days work)
(Based in Bandar Teknologi Kajang)
Requirements :
- Possess Diploma and above in Mechanical / Electrical / Process Engineering
- Minimum 5 years experience in the managerial position
- Related working experience in metal fabrication industry is a pre-requisite
- Strong analytical ability, systematic and focus into details
- Excellent communication & leadership skills
- Able to work under pressure
Responsibilities :
- Responsible for planning and controlling of production activities, production planning, processes and maintenance program to ensure timely delivery to fulfill customer’s requirement
- Responsible for optimum utilization of manpower, machineries and materials
- To monitor and improve production processes, identify problems and take appropriate action for correction & prevention
- To ensure that all factory activities are performed in the most effective and efficient manner, sets target for the members and provide the necessary coaching to further optimize performance
- To manage production and maintenance expenditure and budget
- To play key role in driving for continuous improvement for factory
- To maintain good housekeeping for factory area
- To ensure strict compliance for production procedures and safety requirement
Personal Assistant (5 days work)
(Based in Bandar Teknologi Kajang)
Requirements:
- Min 5 years relevant working experience
- Good command of written and spoken English, BM, Mandarin
- Able to assist for report analysis
- Able to arrange meeting and prepare minutes
- Pleasant and mature with ability to interact well with all levels of staff
- Possess own transport
