Technical Sales Executive

Department: Sales
Main Responsibilities: -
· Ensure sales targets set down by the Company are met / achieved.
· Add value to our services by providing critical technical assistance to existing and potential customers, where necessary and whenever requested.
· Provide after sales services to customers.
· Ensure, with assistance from Product Manager / Business Manager / Finance & Admin Manager, monthly collection of debts due to the Company meets targets.
· Assist in developing sales in market.
· Monitor and maintain existing sales to the customers.
· Diligently carry out any additional tasks given by superior and / or Management.

Authorities: -

· To sell products at Management Approved prices.

Competency: -

Education/ Qualification:

· Bachelor Degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering.

Training:

· Not required.

Skill:

· Computer literate.
· Reasonably good personality with responsibilities.

Working experience: -

· Preferably with 1 or 2 years of working experience in related field.

Accounts/Admin Officer

Department: Accounts

Main Responsibilities: -

· To lead and supervise accounts section
· To monitor, check & verify subordinates’ work
· To close monthly and yearly financial accounts on time
· To prepare and submit monthly financial accounts to Managing Director
· To submit monthly report to Managing Director
· To submit finalized Budgeted Profit & Loss Account on quarterly basis for Management Committee review
· To prepare monthly fixed asset schedule
· To review yearly expenses analysis for audit and tax computation purposes
· To liaise with auditors, tax agent, company secretary
· To arrange and ensure timely submission of statutory report
· To create new financial year in ACCPAC
· To set security level in ACCPAC
· To add new or delete accounting code in ACCPAC
· To update anti-virus pattern for ACCPAC work station
· To act as Document Controller as stipulated under QMS and EMS

** Additional job will be assigned by the superior or management as and when necessary

Education/ Qualification: -

· Minimum Diploma in Accountancy

Training:

· ISO 9001:2000 Awareness and Internal Audit
· ISO 14001:2004 Awareness and Internal Audit

Skill:

· Minimum Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, full set of accounts

Working experience: -

· Minimum 3 years in supervisory level
