Secretary Administrator

Location: Based at Chan Sow Lin, Kuala Lumpur

Job Description:
- Provide secretarial & administrative support to the director office.
- Compile weekly & monthly report for director office.
- To prepare confidential correspondence.
- To manage & organize confidential documents, correspondence & records.
- Undertake special assignments, ad-hoc factors & duties as when necessary
- 5 1/2 days per week.

Requirements:
- Age 25 - 35
- Possess Diploma / Certificate in Private Secretarial Course or its equivalent.
- With 1 - 2 years working experience report to middle or senior level management.
- Knowledge of PC applications (Microsoft Office / spreadsheet) is essential;
- Self-motivated, like challenges and able to interact with all levels of people.
- Achievement driven and action oriented;
- Good written and spoken communication skills in Bahasa and English, able to communicate in some Chinese dialects is added advantage.
- Female candidates who are able to communicate in Mandarin or Chinese dialects preferred.

Accounts Clerk (3 Positions)

Location: Based at Chan Sow Lin, Kuala Lumpur

Requirements:
- Diploma / Certificate or SPM - Accountancy, no experience required.
- Job scope: Administrative & accounting documentation recording & filing, data key in, etc.
- Able to work independently & hardworking
- Able to read & write in English
- Able to start work immediately or within short period of notice would be an advantage
- Salary depends on working experience
- 5 1/2 days per week.

SALES CO-ORDINATOR (6 Positions)

Location: Based at Chan Sow Lin, Kuala Lumpur

Requirements:
- Female, 21-28 years of age
- Diploma with minimum 2 years experience in the marketing field
- Well-versed in MS Office
- Self motivated and able to work independently
- Pleasant personality and able to interact with all level of people
- Sales driven and able to support sales executive in gaining orders though efficient service and coordination
- Able to start immediately is an added advantage
- Candidates who are able to communicate in Mandarin or Chinese dialects preferred.
- Basic RM1.7K + Sales Commissions + Sales incentives and others
- 5 1/2 days per week.

SALES EXECUTIVE ( 6 POSITIONS)

Location: Outstation Division

Requirements :

- Male/Female, 21-28 years of age
- Diploma/Degree in marketing or equivalent
- At least 1-2 years working experience in sales & marketing
- Able to work independently & self motivated
- Able to start work immediately in an added advantage
- Candidates who are able to communicate in Mandarin or Chinese dialects preferred.
- Possess own transport

Site Supervisor

Location: Based at Chan Sow Lin, Kuala Lumpur

Responsibilities:
- To take site measurement for preparation of construction drawing before hand over to client for final signing and construction.
- To proposed schedule of work, coordinate sub-contractor for site visit to discuss site operation, daily site coordination of work, solving site problems and liaison with client.
- To communicate with all level of personnel?s, experience in coordination of construction work at site and project implementation.
- To support Project Managers on projects assigned.
- 5 1/2 days per week.

Requirements:
- Candidates must possess at least Diploma/Certification in Civil Engineering/relevant qualification.
- Preferably with 1 years experience in building construction.
- Male candidates who are able to communicate in Mandarin or Chinese dialects preferred.
- Willing to travel outstation
- Basic RM2K + Allowance + Sales Commission
- 5 1/2 days per week.

Graphic Designer (3 Positions)

Location: Based at Chan Sow Lin, Kuala Lumpur

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Major responsibilities including developing design, shape & decoration for products (carpet).
- Packaging, POS materials, advertisement, etc. design.
- Graphic work & photography - catalogue, colour separation etc.
- Planning & implementing product displays & decoration for exhibition booths.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidate preferable to hold a Certificate, Diploma in Graphic / Industrial / Carpet Design or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Good in computer skills, including outputting colour separation artwork.
- Demonstrated creativity & dedicated to job
- 5 1/2 days per week.

Boiler Technician/ Boiler Assistant (2 position)

Responsibilities:
- To ensure the plant meets all electrical requirements.
- Responsible for all plants utilities and system: Boiler, Compressors & Building Management.
- Ensure the company meets all the government regulations I.E.: DOSH and Local authority.
- Housekeeping and safety are also including in the responsibility.
- Perform any other duties delegated by immediate superior from time to time.

Requirements:
- Full-Time positions available.
- 6 days working basis.
- Grade 2 for category Boiler.
- Candidate must possess at least SPM Level in any field.
- Minimum 3 years experience in manufacturing
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Good interpersonal attitude and is responsible
