Assistant Buyer

(Kuala Lumpur – Jalan Sultan Ismail)

Responsibilities :

- Assisting Buyer in daily paper work involving in a department.
- Following up with suppliers on promo planning.
- Reports and action plan on post mortem promotion.
- Dealing with forwarder and supply chain on imported goods.

Requirements :

- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Business Administration/Studies or equivalent.
- At least 1-2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Good verbal & writing skill in English & Cantonese (To deal with Hong Kong Buyer).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to perform task assigned independently and expeditiously.
- Willing to learn and highly committed.
- Computer literate. Well versed in Microsoft Office applications.
- High level of accuracy and integrity required while working under pressure.

Internal Audit Executive

Responsibilities :

- To work as part of an audit team who will be responsible in conducting internal auditing and to achieve our company’s annual audit plans.
- To conduct internal auditing at head office, warehouse and stores.
- To attend company’s stock takes.
- To prepare internal audits reports.
- To conduct special reviews and investigations, whenever a situation warrants it.

Requirements :

- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Accounting/Finance or other professional qualifications.
- Preferably candidates with 2 year’s INTERNAL audit background experience.
- Proficient both written and oral communication skills in English and Malay.
- Candidates who are able to converse in Chinese would be an advantage.
- Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, result oriented, team player and able to work under minimum supervision.
- Computer literate. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Willing to travel within Malaysia, flexible and possess own transport.

Graphic Designer

Responsibilities :

- To assist in the formulation, development and preparation of designs for marketing materials and collaterals.
- To assist in the publication of in-house catalogues and magazines.
- To assist of graphic design for printing materials such as advertisements, posters, brochures, flyers, vouchers and buntings.

Requirements :

- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or equivalent.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Proficient in Mac applications is a MUST.
- Knowledge of PC software e.g. Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop & In-design.
- Preferable able to do Chinese typesetting.
- Fast and accurate layout skills.
- Must be creative, innovative and able to work independently.
- Required language(s): Chinese, English.
- Preferred language(s): Bahasa Malaysia.
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Arts/Creative/Graphics Design or -equivalent. Job role in Graphic Designer or Design Drafter.
