FINANCE MANAGER

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Male/Female, BS Accountancy graduate, must be a Certified Public Accountant.
- With at least 5 years managerial experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Must have excellent leadership skills.MACHINIST

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Male, at least 25 years of age
- Electrical or Electronics/Instrumentation Technology graduate
- Experience as Machinist gained from a manufacturing environment

COMPANY NURSE

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Registered Nurse; female; 28 - 35 years old, can work in different shifts
- At least 2 years work experience as a company nurse preferably in a manufacturing industry.
- Has excellent software skills, MS Word, EXCEL, Powerpoint
- Certified First-aider, assertive with excellent communication skills
- Familiar with SSS, Pagibig, Philhealth procedures and other administrative functions.

INSTRUMENTATION TECHNICIAN

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Male, at least 25 years of age
- Electrical or Electronics/Instrumentation Technology graduate
- With at least two years experience as an Instrumentation Technician gained from a manufacturing environment
- With knowledge on electronics control ad electrical circuit diagrams
- Preferably with Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) comprehension

PROCESS ENGINEERS

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Graduate of BS Chemical/Mechanical Engineering
- Experience in R & D or Laboratory works
- With working knowledge in DOE, SPC, and process validation
- Proficient in EXCEL, PowerPoint & MS Word

WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Graduate of BS Engineering, Management or any related field
- Experience in computerized materials system, analytical, excellent communication and presentation skills, certified to operate a forklift.
- With 5 years experience in warehousing and materials management; at least two years in a supervisory capacity

HUMAN RESOURCES & O.D. MANAGER

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Male/Female, at least 35 years old
- Graduate of preferably Human Resources with special training in Organization Development and other HR disciplines
- With at least 5 years experience in a unionized manufacturing company
- With competencies in change management, organizational cultural and climate improvement
